A Richmond Attorney that worked with Oliver Hill and S. W. Tucker in the lawsuit: Brown v. Board of Education. Henry was the first Black Mayor of Richmond. He was a Virginia State Senator from Richmond. Henry was appointed by Governor Mark Warner to the Virginia ABC Board.
